Measurements and Sizes

How do I measure my ring size?

You can measure your size in two ways:

Method 1 – With a ring you already wear: Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters. That is your size.

Method 2 – With a thread or strip of paper: Wrap a thin thread around the base of your finger, mark the meeting point, and measure the length in millimeters. Divide by 3.14 to get the diameter, or use the table below:

  • 47 mm circumference = size 7 (diameter 15 mm)
  • 50 mm circumference = size 10 (diameter 16 mm)
  • 52 mm circumference = size 12 (diameter 16.5 mm)
  • 54 mm circumference = size 14 (diameter 17 mm)
  • 56 mm circumference = size 16 (diameter 17.8 mm)
  • 58 mm circumference = size 18 (diameter 18.5 mm)
  • 60 mm circumference = size 20 (diameter 19 mm)
  • 62 mm circumference = size 22 (diameter 19.7 mm)

Tip: Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's slightly larger, and choose the larger size if you are between two sizes.

How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?

Wrap a tape measure or a thread around your wrist, just below the bone. Add 1-1.5 cm for a comfortable fit, or 2 cm if you prefer to wear it looser. Most of our bracelets are available in standard sizes (18-21 cm) with an adjustable chain where indicated.

How do I measure the length for a necklace?

Standard lengths are: 40 cm (choker), 45 cm (classic), 50 cm (medium), 60 cm (long). If you are unsure, 45 cm is the most versatile size for women, 50-55 cm for men.

Materials and Quality

What is 925 silver?

925 silver (also known as sterling silver) contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper) to increase its strength. It is the standard fineness for quality silver jewelry. All our silver jewelry is 925 certified.

What is 18 carat gold (750)?

18 carat gold contains 75% pure gold (750/1000). It is the most commonly used fineness for high-quality jewelry in Italy: it combines purity, shine, and durability. Our gold jewelry is available in yellow gold, white gold, and two-tone.

Are your jewels hypoallergenic?

Yes. Rhodium-plated 925 silver and 18 carat gold are generally well-tolerated even by sensitive skin. The rhodium plating on silver creates an additional protective barrier. In case of specific allergies, we recommend consulting your doctor.

Are the jewels Made in Italy?

Yes. All our jewelry is handcrafted Made in Italy. Each piece is accompanied by a guarantee certificate.

Care and Maintenance

How do I care for 925 silver jewelry?

  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or playing sports
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, and chemical products
  • Store them in an anti-tarnish bag or a closed box
  • Clean them with a soft microfiber cloth
  • To remove tarnish, use a specific silver polishing cloth or bring them to us for professional cleaning

How do I care for 18 carat gold jewelry?

  • Avoid bumps and scratches by storing them separately
  • Clean them with a soft cloth or with lukewarm water and neutral soap
  • Avoid contact with chlorine (swimming pools) and abrasive products
  • Periodically take the jewelry to a jeweler for professional cleaning

Does silver tarnish? Is that normal?

Yes, it's a natural process. Tarnish (blackening) is caused by contact with air, humidity, and chemicals. It's not a defect — it can be easily removed with a silver polishing cloth. Our rhodium-plated jewelry is more resistant to tarnish.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping takes place within 1-2 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times depend on the courier and destination. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
