- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to provide any reason.
- The costs for returning the goods are entirely the responsibility of the customer, as stipulated in our terms and conditions of sale.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, after verifying the integrity of the returned item.
- Excluded from the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, are all personalized items made to order, including jewelry with engravings, photos, or custom modifications.
